Client Success StoryThe market has been a little unforgiving lately, especially for condo sellers. My sweet and patient Gresham condo seller was on the market for a little over 9 months before finally getting an acceptable offer. Even though I had seen her condo a number of times with open houses and other things, I hadn’t seen her in person in those 9 months and, as it turns out, she and her husband were expecting a little one! Coincidentally, their baby’s due date and the condo close date were set for the same day. I prepped Kimberly Allen, at First American Title, ahead of time and she said she was ready to send the paperwork to the Labor and Delivery unit if needed to close on time. Luckily, healthy baby Nicholas showed up a few days early and let mama rest a little post-delivery before the signing (whew)!
