About Me
I’ve proudly called the Pacific Northwest home since 2002. My passion for real estate began when I purchased my first home in 2006, and I feel incredibly lucky to have turned that passion into a career I genuinely love.
When you’re buying, my goal is simple: help you find a home you truly love—and feel confident about every step along the way. I start by listening closely to what matters most to you (layout, lifestyle, neighborhood feel, commute, future plans), then I help you narrow the search so you’re not wasting weekends touring homes that don’t fit. I’ll point out the details that are easy to miss, ask the right questions, and help you evaluate each home with both your heart and your long-term goals in mind. When it’s time to write, I create a smart, competitive strategy and advocate fiercely for you through inspections, negotiations, and closing—so you feel supported, informed, and protected.
When you’re selling, you can expect a no-nonsense approach and honest advice from day one. I’ll tell you what will truly move the needle—what’s worth doing, what’s not, and how to position your home to stand out. Pricing is one of the most important decisions in the process, and I take it seriously: I do extensive research on the market, neighborhood trends, comparable sales, and buyer behavior to set a price strategy that’s both data-driven and designed to get you the strongest possible outcome.
My work is guided by communication, compassion, and integrity, and I’m known as a true advocate for my clients—especially when negotiations get tough. I’m excited to combine my experience with Works Real Estate’s powerful technology to take you from concept to sold. When you’re ready for your next chapter in real estate, I’d love to help—comfortably and confidently—so you can take comfort in knowing you’re in good hands.
